Demi

Demi discovered Pilates through her own journey with back pain and posture correction, and it quickly became much more than just a way to exercise. After experiencing the difference Pilates made to the way she moved, felt and carried herself, she knew she wanted to help others experience those same benefits. This led her to complete her Mat and Reformer Pilates training with HFE in London.

For Demi, Pilates is more than building strength or improving flexibility. It's an opportunity to slow down, switch off from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with your body and move with greater awareness. She believes that when you truly understand how your body moves, you build confidence that extends far beyond the studio.

One of Demi's favourite parts of teaching is helping clients experience those "lightbulb moments" when they finally feel the correct muscles working and movements begin to click. Whether it's engaging the core for the first time, improving posture, or discovering muscles they never knew they had, she loves seeing clients grow in confidence with every session.

Demi creates calm, welcoming and encouraging classes where everyone feels comfortable to learn at their own pace. Whether you're completely new to Reformer Pilates, returning after injury, or looking to build strength, improve posture and move more freely, her focus is on helping every client leave class feeling stronger, more balanced and more connected to their body.

Outside the studio, Pilates remains Demi's favourite way to unwind, recharge and invest in her own wellbeing, something she hopes every client experiences each time they step into one of her classes.
