Maddie is a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with a strong background in dance, bringing a natural sense of flow, control and precision to every class she teaches. Her journey from dancer to Pilates instructor has shaped her passion for movement that feels both graceful and strong, helping clients build confidence in how they move and feel in their bodies.

Her classes are welcoming, supportive and thoughtfully structured, designed to challenge you in the right way while still feeling enjoyable and accessible. Maddie has a real focus on creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable from the moment they walk in, whether you are completely new to Pilates or looking to progress your strength and technique.

With a growing love for strength training alongside her Pilates practice, Maddie understands the importance of building a body that is not only flexible and controlled, but also strong and resilient. She encourages clients to develop confidence through movement, helping them feel capable, energised and proud of what their bodies can do.

Maddie brings a calm, friendly energy to the studio and genuinely enjoys getting to know her clients and supporting them on their journey. Outside of the studio, she loves travelling, staying active and continuing to develop her own movement practice, which all feeds into the positive and encouraging atmosphere she creates in her sessions.
