Darcey

Darcey is a highly skilled and creative Reformer Pilates instructor who is passionate about helping people feel strong, confident and comfortable in their own bodies. Trained in both Mat and Reformer Pilates with STOTT Pilates, and as a Tower instructor with the highly regarded Lisa B, she brings a well-rounded and experienced approach to every session she teaches.

Her classes are engaging, dynamic and thoughtfully planned, often incorporating a variety of props to keep sessions interesting, challenging and enjoyable. Darcey has a natural ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels supported, no matter their age, experience or starting point. She is particularly passionate about helping people build confidence through movement, encouraging clients to focus on what their bodies can do and to feel good in the process.

Darcey’s teaching blends creativity with strong technical knowledge, delivering sessions that are both effective and inspiring. Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to progress your practice, she will guide you with warmth, attention to detail and genuine encouragement.

Alongside teaching, Darcey also looks after our social media, where she is focused on making Pilates feel accessible, relatable and welcoming to everyone. She is passionate about creating a space both in the studio and online where people feel comfortable to start, progress and enjoy movement in a way that works for them.
